Our bagels are inspired by the techniques and traditions of San Francisco’s artisan bread culture.

Our flours are milled from grain grown by ecologically-conscious, community-supportive farmers and millers.

We use slow, natural fermentation to produce a bagel that is nutritious, digestible, and will keep for days without staling.

Our bagels are baked in a hearth oven, and are available freshly baked with rich cream cheese, salted butter, smoked fish, and spreads featuring local fruits and vegetables.
